Welcome to our newest team member, Joel Looking Bill, CWCP

We’re excited, and very pleased to welcome our latest addition to our team of insurance professionals, Joel Lookingbill. 

Joel specializes in commercial business insurance and has been with the industry since 1997. Prior to joining us here at Garcia Insurance Services, he was a commercial insurance underwriter, and had also developed a career as the guru of Worker’s Comp. 

Joel’s passion for the insurance industry stems from his love for meeting different people each day and his ability to create great relationships. His skill for delivering thorough work is a great asset to our agency and we’re pleased to have him on our team. He not only brings great energy and service to Garcia Insurance, but to all our clients, and New Orleans businesses. Be sure to look out for him.

Joel is practically a New Orleans native, and undoubtedly calls it his home because of its rich culture, food and amazing music.
